Information available through our website is intended for general educational and informational purposes unless otherwise expressly stated.
Purchasing or participating in a particular program, consulting engagement, coaching service, implementation service, or other paid offering may require you to agree to a separate service agreement, order form, enrollment agreement, or other contract.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement governing a specific paid service, the separate written agreement will govern with respect to that service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.
If you access or use our website on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Remove or alter copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices.
Use our website in a way that could damage Systems to Scale Group, our clients, our service providers, or other users.
We may restrict or terminate access to our website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Educational and Business Information
Our website may contain information relating to business strategy, operations, systems, management, leadership, marketing, sales, hiring, financial performance, productivity, or other business topics.
This information is provided for general educational purposes and should not be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making your own business decisions. Where appropriate, you should consult qualified professional advisors regarding your individual circumstances.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Business results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your decisions, implementation, effort, market conditions, team, industry, finances, existing business performance, and other circumstances.
We do not guarantee:
Any particular increase in revenue, profit, business value, or other financial result.
That your business will grow or become more profitable.
That particular systems, strategies, processes, or recommendations will produce a specific result.
That examples, case studies, testimonials, or past client results will be representative of your experience.
Any examples of results achieved by clients, businesses, or other individuals are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of future performance.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and results.
7. Testimonials and Case Studies
Our website may feature testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, or statements describing the experiences of clients or other individuals.
These experiences are individual results and may not be typical.
We do not represent that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.
Where required, we may disclose relationships, incentives, or other material information relating to testimonials or endorsements.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials available through our website are owned by or licensed to Systems to Scale Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access publicly available website content for your own legitimate business or personal use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected materials without our prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Downloads and Free Resources
We may provide downloadable guides, templates, worksheets, videos, training materials, calculators, checklists, or other free resources.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, these materials are provided for your own internal or personal business use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms or a separate service agreement.
12. Booking Calls and Appointments
Our website may allow you to request, schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily create a client relationship or obligate Systems to Scale Group to provide services.
We may decline, cancel, or reschedule appointments where reasonably necessary.
Information you provide through scheduling and application forms may be used to assess whether our services are appropriate for your business and to communicate with you regarding your appointment or our services.
13. Purchases and Paid Services
Certain products or services may be offered for purchase through our website.
Pricing, payment schedules, refund terms, cancellation provisions, service scope, program duration, and other terms applicable to a particular paid offering may be presented at checkout or contained in a separate agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Where a separate service agreement applies, its payment, cancellation, refund, and termination provisions will control over these general website Terms.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third parties.
These may include payment processors, scheduling platforms, video conferencing services, client portals, course platforms, email providers, analytics tools, social networks, advertising platforms, and other service providers.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those providers.
15. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain our website and online services, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, restrict, or remove any part of our website or online services at any time.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet outages, maintenance, cyberattacks, technical problems, or force majeure events.

We attempt to provide useful and accurate information, but website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
We may update or correct website content at any time without notice.
You should independently verify information that is important to a significant business, financial, legal, tax, hiring, operational, or other decision.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website, content, resources, and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systems to Scale Group and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our website or online content.
This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or other economic loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the publicly available website and free website resources will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid specifically for the website service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
CAD $100.
Any liability relating to a paid coaching, consulting, implementation, or other service governed by a separate written agreement will instead be subject to the liability provisions contained in that agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Systems to Scale Group and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful use of our website.
Your material breach of these Terms.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Content or information you submit through our website where that submission violates applicable law or third-party rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused solely by our own unlawful conduct to the extent such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
20. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
21. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with us electronically, submit forms, make purchases, or provide your contact information, you consent to receiving electronic communications relating to those interactions.
These may include appointment confirmations, purchase confirmations, notices, service communications, account information, and other transactional messages.
Marketing emails and promotional text messages will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
22. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling communications, service-related messages, and, where permitted and consented to, promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
23. Copyright Concerns
If you believe content on our website infringes intellectual property rights that you own or control, please contact us with sufficient information to identify:
The protected work.
The allegedly infringing material.
Its location on our website.
Your contact information.
The basis for your claim.
We may remove or restrict access to content where appropriate.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your ability to access our website or online services where we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms.
Your use creates security, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
You engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Suspension or termination is required by law.
The relevant service has been discontinued.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise made available unless a different effective date is stated.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
Your continued use of our website after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute relating to your use of our website will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms prevents the application of mandatory consumer protection or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Before commencing formal legal proceedings relating to these Terms, you agree to make a reasonable effort to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Subject to any mandatory laws that apply, any court proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in British Columbia, Canada.
You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Disputes concerning a paid service governed by a separate agreement will be handled according to the dispute-resolution provisions in that agreement.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
30. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
